Each team gets a baby doll, a cloth diaper, and three diaper pins. The object of the game is for each team member to take the diaper off of the doll, then re-diaper it as quickly as possible. Once one person has completed their task, the next team member gets a turn. The team which finishes first gets a prize. The same coed baby shower ideas can be played with just the men. Every man for himself gets a doll that they have to diaper as quickly as possible. The "father" who finishes first, and manages to get the diaper to stay on the doll, wins a prize.
